- Delivery Address: We collect address details including Building Name, Block, and Apartment/Flat Number. This is required to deliver your ordered items directly to your doorstep.
B. Transactional & Order Information
- Purchase History: We collect data about the items you order (e.g., groceries, gas cylinders, homemade food) along with delivery notes, delivery fees, and total bill amounts to process your Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions.
C. Device and Log Data
- Push Notification Tokens (FCM Tokens): We collect your device's Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token to send you real-time push notifications regarding your order status.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate and secure accounts (verifying your phone number via SMS).
- To fulfill and deliver orders (sending riders to the correct building, block, and flat number).
- To send transactional notifications (alerting you when your order status changes).
- To facilitate payments (tracking cash collections and Cash on Delivery float balances).
- To handle customer support (resolving order issues or processing feedback).
